Yarra Botanica

One of my regular and favourite venues. Today, they had 2 great entertainers; a guy on the guitar and a girl with a great voice! Really enjoyed it today

Yarra Botanica is a floating slice of Victorian heaven. The views are so spectacular, they almost distract you from ordering a second round (almost). The commitment to all-local ingredients is commendable—it’s comforting to know that every sip and bite is a personal high-five to a local farmer. Their Fried Chicken is dangerously good, and the Vegetarian Pizza is a masterpiece, successfully convincing my meat-loving companion to momentarily rethink their life choices. The atmosphere is vibrantly buzzing, and the service is excellent. You'll plan to visit for an hour and accidentally stay for three. Consider it mandatory mental health care

We loved our visit to botanica. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar staff made cocktails quickly, which were delicious. Loved the food choices on the menu, loved the ambience of the whole place. We loved the views sitting on the riverside on a beautiful summer night looking at the lights of the city was amazing. We will definitely be visiting again when next in Melbourne.

Went here on Christmas Day for the lunch set menu. It was incredible. Delicious, substantial and great value for money at $99 with lots of Gluten Free and Dairy Free options. They're also a nut-free kitchen. Atmosphere and service at Botanica is always great and that day was no exception. Shout out to our waitress Lou who was friendly, attentive and helped us get what we with fantastic energy, thanks Lou!

Thank you for a fabulous Christmas lunch today. Delicious food, gorgeous sunny day, and friendly staff. My whole family enjoyed the day. Our waitress Lou was amazing. Friendly and patient with any questions we had regarding the lunch. Highly recommend Yarra Botanica and will definitely be coming back next year.

It was a wonderful location to celebrate my birthday! The decor and music was tasteful and vibrant the staff were friendly and professional, with waitress Lou being particularly kind as to offer me a $20 voucher to celebrate my birthday with! She was so sweet and I really appreciated this gesture. The table was spacious and the atmosphere was lovely. Myself and the girls enjoyed taking photos under the flower archway, it was a beautiful setting to do so! I had one of the best birthdays I’ve had in years! Lou also helped my partner bring out a surprise cake with candles to me, which I really enjoyed Thank you all the team at Yarra Botanica! And especially to Lou!

We visited Yarra Botanica for our anniversary dinner and overall had a lovely experience. The food was definitely the highlight — we ordered the calamari, baked brie, pepperoni sourdough pizza, and prosciutto pizza. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and absolutely delicious. The service was polite and welcoming, but it could be a little more attentive. We asked for water and didn’t receive it for quite a while, and had to follow up again before it arrived. One thing that affected the experience was that some guests, who weren’t sitting on their table but were standing very close to us near the heater. They were loud and didn’t respect personal space, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall, great food and friendly staff, but the service and ambience could be improved for a more enjoyable dining experience.
